is a fast, small, easy-to-use and easy-to-install, modular Content Management System (CMS) that doesn't need a database.
It is free Open Source Software under the GPL3 Licence, developed by an active, helpful community.
It runs on practically the most basic of Internet servers. Just PHP 4.3 or higher is required.
However, CMSimple_XH is a one administrator system. This means: It is not a system were two persons should edit different pages of the same website simultaneously. You can of course share the work on your website with others, but only one person at a time can do editing work. That's why we could keep it so small and simple.
